Terms of Service (iOS App)
Effective Date: February 13, 2026
By downloading or using Lazy Lighting (“the App”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Acceptable Use
The App is provided solely for creating and displaying live visual effects and light projections. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Safety Warning
The App may generate flashing lights, rapid visual patterns, and high-contrast imagery that could trigger seizures or discomfort in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy or other medical conditions.
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for ensuring safe viewing conditions.
- You will not stare directly into projectors or high-intensity light sources.
- You will use appropriate caution when operating the App in public, event, or professional environments.
- You assume all risks associated with the use of visual projection or lighting equipment.
Projector and Equipment Use
You are solely responsible for the safe setup and operation of any projectors, displays, lighting equipment, or external hardware used with the App. We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of such equipment.
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Certain features may require payment. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and billing policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple ID account settings before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing or canceling any active subscriptions.
If you purchase a Lifetime subscription while another subscription is still active, you may be charged for both. We do not control Apple's billing systems and are not responsible for duplicate or overlapping charges caused by purchasing multiple subscription types. Refund requests must be handled directly through Apple.
No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the App will be error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lazy Lighting and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including:
- personal injury
- property damage
- equipment damage
- business interruption
- data loss
arising from use of the App.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
